KT Solutions provides website design, development, SEO, AEO/GEO optimization, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, website redesign, and website maintenance services. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately through a written proposal or contract before any project commences.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final website design and code created specifically for their project. KT Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party components (frameworks, plugins, stock images, fonts) remain subject to their respective licenses. KT Solutions retains ownership of its methodologies, processes, and any pre-existing tools or code libraries used.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for the project
• Supplying content (text, images, logos) unless content creation is part of the agreed scope
• Timely review and feedback as per agreed project timelines
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials they provide to us
• Compliance with all applicable laws regarding their website and business

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual project proposal or contract. Typically, projects require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due on or before project delivery. KT Solutions reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payments are not made as agreed.

6. Revisions & Scope

The number of revision rounds is specified in your project proposal. Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. KT Solutions will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.

7. Limitation of Liability

KT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on others' rights, or could damage our reputation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms
